About data processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we (have) stored it, which security techniques we use and for whom the data is transparent.
JouwWeb
The webshop was developed with software from JouwWeb. Personal data that you make available for the purpose of the service will be shared with this party. JouwWeb has access to your data to provide (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. On the basis of the agreement concluded with them, JouwWeb is obliged to take appropriate security measures. The website contains a secure HTTPS connection (with SSL certificate) and DNSSEC for the domain name. As a result, the traffic on the website takes place safely. In this way, they guarantee a secure connection and Deley Art & Design complies with the rules regarding the Personal Data Protection Act.
Forms and email
When you fill out a contact form via the website or send us an e-mail, it will be stored in the mailbox at JouwWeb. E-mails have a retention period of 7 years, but we periodically delete this data, unless the e-mails are still necessary for the purpose of customer contact.
Commercial emails
Miksfabriek can send you commercial emails regarding promotions, discounts and product information. You will receive this because you have subscribed to the newsletter, or because you have checked (have given permission) to receive commercial e-mails during checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time so that you no longer receive these emails. This can be done by sending an e-mail to info@deleyartdesign.com, filling out the contact form on the website or by unsubscribing at the bottom of the received newsletter.

Generated invoices are kept for a maximum of 7 years according to the statutory payment term, in connection with accounting and administration. Orders in JouwWeb are deleted earlier so that no unnecessary data is stored. If an order is not completed, it will also be deleted.
