Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the package. And whether there will be additional clearance costs at customs if it goes abroad.

But we'll discuss this before I get started for you. So you won't be faced with surprises;)

Returns

Once a pair of custom-made items is ordered it is NOT possible to return your shoes or to get a refund.

Because all custom-made items are personalized on request!
