Quality

 

All DELEY Art & Design products are handcrafted and are made with great attention and love. It may be that they differ from each other due to the manual work. The products have not been tested and use is at your own risk. If you have any problems, we would love to hear from you. It is advised NOT to give certain DELEY Art & Design products to children under 3 years of age due to possibly loose and small/swallowable parts.

The colors in the photos may differ from reality. The settings of your screen can also affect this. In addition, all handmade products are unique, and each product can therefore deviate slightly or show irregularities.

 

Intellectual property

All designs and illustrations made by DELEY Art & Design are copyrighted, unless otherwise agreed. Copying or reproducing designs and illustrations without permission from DELEY Art & Design is not permitted. It is also not allowed to make changes to the illustrations without permission from DELEY Art & Design. In addition, each illustration made is the intellectual property of Miksfabriek, and Miksfabriek therefore has the right to use it (or part of it) again later.

Because my work is also my calling card, I regularly share photos of my work process and the end result on social media and in my portfolio. If you want to avoid me sharing something of 'your' product with the rest of the world, indicate that clearly when ordering, then I will take that into account. 

 

Delivery time

 

The Object of ART or the FashionArt items that are already ready will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days after payment.

Custom-made products need time and love! Therefore, the delivery time depends on several factors. Such as the delivery time of the item (supplied by you or ordered by me), the final order and whether it is shipped in NL or abroad. We will discuss this if there has been contact between us about the assignment. *

Do you want to have something for a specific date? Then let us know, depending on the crowds and your wishes, everything is possible.

*Keep accounts with a possibly longer waiting/delivery time around the holidays.

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

 

CUSTOM-MADE sales are FINAL!

And NOT possible to return it. We do not give money back.

NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Non-personalised products can be returned within 14 days. You can do this by sending an email to info@deleyartdesign.com with your name, order number, which products you want to return. I would like to receive the returned products in original packaging & in good condition. The return shipping costs are for the client of the returns.

I will process your return and refund within 14 days.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF RETURN

• Products that have been personalized and/or made to measure (custom-made) cannot be returned.

• Sale items cannot be returned.

 

Change or cancellation of assignment

In the event of additional work or run-out as a result of a change in the assignment, an additional cost will be determined in joint consultation on the basis of the usual fee for DELEY Art & Design. In the event of cancellation of the assignment, for any reason whatsoever, the client owes full remuneration for the work already done, unless there is demonstrably non-performance on the part of DELEY Art & Design.

 

Price

All prices on the website are in euros including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs. DELEY Art & Design has the right to adjust the prices on its website, without mentioning its customers-visitors.

All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. DELEY Art & Design cannot be held to price listings that are incorrect, as a result of an input, type/ or printing error.

 

Payment

 

Payments are made directly via website, unless otherwise agreed.

Products are only delivered after payment.

 

Liability

 

For all direct damage of the client, directly related to, or caused by untimely or improper execution of the assignment, the liability of DELEY Art & Design is limited to the invoice amount of the assignment in question.

DELEY Art & Design is never liable for all indirect damage, including delay in the normal course of business in the company of DELEY Art & Design, in any way related to, or caused by, an error in the performance of the work by the contractor, except for intent or gross negligence. DELEY Art & Design always has the right, if and as far as possible, to undo the damage of the client. DELEY Art & Design is not liable for damage or destruction of documents and data in general and during transport or during shipment by post, regardless of whether the transport or shipment is made by or on behalf of the client, contractor or third parties. The client indemnifies DELEY Art & Design against all claims of third parties (including intellectual property of supplied material) which are directly or indirectly, indirectly or immediately related to the execution of the agreement.
